Y市，某集团公司老板林树（董勇饰）在地下黑帮威逼利之下欠下巨额赌债，决定铤而走险，到赌埤是行最后一博，可是赌运不佳，遭遇老千强哥暗算，更在赌场 林树的神秘失踪，林家老太太，其妻刘爱兰（王思懿饰）、女儿林佳宜艰难度日，地下赌庄的六子亦步步进逼。眼看林家经营的百年面店危在旦夕，而女儿林家宜又不幸患上重症，生死垂危……

《神捕铁飞花之绝境逢生》中，铁飞花接到九侯爷的加急信函，请她保护离任的礼部尚书唐旭一家回乡周全。她传书江湖朋友在屠龙镇接应，自己则乔装沿途暗中相护。铁飞花的出现正中敌人一箭双雕的圈套，双方一路斗智斗勇，并在屠龙镇展开决战。
《神捕铁飞花之快抢夺命》中，福泰镖局一夜之间被人杀光，铁飞花的义妹龙九亦遭人劫持。一切证据显示，杀人、劫持龙九的人是早已隐居民间的曾经威震江南的神捕林朝东。铁飞花料定其中必有隐情，决定将计就计，查出真相竟然与江南官场有关。
《神捕铁飞花之千里缉凶》》中，铁飞花追踪采花大盗翟六进入万州，当她暗中查找其行踪时，万花楼发生妓女被杀命案。铁飞花依据线索推断凶手与染坊有关，又意外发现客栈老板娘慧茹竟然也有牵连，案件远非她想象中简单，一个更大的秘密正等着她揭开。
《神捕铁飞花之生死赌局》中，铁飞花身中掌伤，幸被十三营的卢老舵主收留照应。不料卢老舵主的意外中毒身亡将她牵扯入十三营与百威镖局的恶斗中。最终查出杀害卢老舵主真凶的铁飞花，决定用自己的方式为十三营解决危机，一个生死赌局就此展开。
《神捕铁飞花之血连环命》中，铁飞花探望故交5狱门主秦琪，正赶上秦琪嫁女，喜宴当夜府内突发命案，前来贺喜的各派人等均有嫌疑。就在铁飞花勘案过程中，府内相同手法的命案连发，铁飞花在混乱境地中最最终锁定真凶，然而，真相却超乎常人预料。
《神捕铁飞花之冤冤相报》中，铁飞花回乡扫墓，叶子却遭人绑架，为保她性命，铁飞花只好疲于奔命地按照绑匪指示完成一个个要求。铁飞花几次险将绑匪擒获，却均被对方脱逃。直到铁飞花按要求潜入大牢劫出囚犯时，才终于明白绑匪的真实身份。
